I'd really like to throw a 15" sub in to compliment the two 10's I have behind the back seat. I'm not looking for top of the line by any means, but it must still be good quality sound. Any suggestions on brands, and amps?

Are you doing this just to say you have a 15" sub? No real point to running a 15 over 12s and 10s. I got 4 8s and its as loud as my friend 2 12s and sounds way better.
Finding an 15 that fits isn't going to be easy and its going to take a custom box.
