I ran a 12.25 @111.49 at Famoso Raceway on Saturday with a lousy 1.82 60' time. I ran a .070 pill with Pats nitrous tune. The only thing removed from truck was spare tire and tailgate. I also ran a 12.96 @ 105.27 with a crappy 1.93 60' time without N2O. Only got 2 runs in:mad:. I need more practice at this. With that mph I should be running 12.0 or maybe even high 11s with a good 60' time. EGTs were scary on the N2O run:eek:. I had the 1600 deg pyro burried by half track. I blew 2 stock turbos on my LLY due to melting the vanes from high egt. Id like to thank Anthony for letting me borrow his helmet. Pat and Kat for all your help. I know how busy you two are. And Mike L.

From what I've been reading it should. I won't have a chance to mess around with it till this fall though. I'm sure others will chime in.

On my 03', I went a best of 12.11 at 113.94 on the spray FWIW. I'd say with a little better lauch and practice that you're knocking on 11 seconds doorstep.

Thanks. I got nervous and left the line at 1800 rpm. I think the nitrous helped my 60' with that one but it was still only a 1.8. I need more practice at it. I need to figure out how to cool my egts with nitrous before I start running it regularly. Once I figure that out Im going for 11s:D. One thing that suprised me is how good my tranny clicked off the shifts with the nitrous.

Keep your ticket from the event! Since it got rained out today/Sunday the ticket is good for a free entry within the next two weeks. They anounced it over the intercom today as we were leaving.

Nice to see everybody, plenty of time for BS sessions (Man that track prep/orginization sucks a$$).

I dont think its even worth going back. I only got 2 runs in and you only got 3 or 4 runs in huh Russ? Ill try out Sac next time. I need to go somewhere where I can get enough runs in to play with my tuning and get my 60' times down.

Depending on your race weight it looks like your nitrous setup added 100hp. If the track was better and your 60' was 1.6 and you increased the jet size? You"re there. I wish I was as close to the 11's as you are.:D

I think the next meet should be Sac! Great track prep and min. 10 passes @ $50. That is the last time I will go to Famoso, unless it's a diesel only event. 2.5hr wait in staging per pass is ridiculous:mad:.
