06 LBZ high idle

For some reason my truck will not engage the factory high idle, and its been in the low teens for temp all week. Could it have something to do with the fact that I've been using remote start to start my truck while I'm at work? Or perhaps I'm forgetting something, but from what I understand the high idle should engage at temps below 32 degrees. The truck has also been tuned with EFIlive, if that changes anything.

if you have steering wheel buttons, you can turn it on or off from there. If you don't, there's a procedure using gas/brake pedal (I can't remember the procedure), but it's in the manual. Possible yours may not be turned on? Has it ever come on before for you?

It's never come on before, and I don't have a CEL

To turn it on put your key in the on position the hold the gas pedal and hit the brake 3 times. Mine works occasionally but not all the time and its stayed below 32 for the past 2 weeks so I need to see if theres a code on it...
