Hello,
I have a 2006 Duramax 4x4, cc, sb, and I need to replace a CV-Axle, Wheel is off metal dust cap is off, I can not move that nut, Air Impact, Bracker bar, etc. It shouldn't be that hard to remove that nut I wouldn't think? I hit it with some P.B. Blaster let it sit, hit it again, 15 minutes later tried it and nothing. Is there a trick to this or something?
Thanks in advanced, if this is in the wrong section I am sorry please move. Still new to forum and trying to learn stuff. Thanks again

I would try some heat with a torch then followed by some p.b blaster should do the trick.

Have you tried tighten then loosening it if you bump the air impact 2-3 the try loosen it something about the high frequency vibration that jars it free hope that helps

You're changing it anyway. Bigger cheater bar or bigger impact gun. It's a self locking nut so they can be tough sometimes.
