Got an 05 2.5 truck, cab and chassis. I have all the normal stuff done, hitch hooking point moved up, t bars lowered, rear suspension stops, center link brace. For some reason though I keep lifting the left front and start hoping. We did notice the that only the left front tire is spinning so we are going to linclon lock the front diff, but I really don't think an open front end will cause the hop. Any thoughts??

Yes traction bars. 285s on duals on the rear-50psi. had 305/55 20 on front, tried 50psi then tried 20 psi-same results. Going to put some 285s on 16s up front for this weekend

Best thing to do is get a very good video of it making a hook and post it. Usually the crowd here is very very good at getting stuff figured out with a pulling truck.

A lot of "traction bars" are under built. Duals tend to bring out the weakness in these bars.

Figured that out on the first set of bars for this truck. This set should not have any problems

try running a little more gap between the stops. if I don't hang weight, I cant run solid rear, or else my front end hops

So do you have 2 sets of stops or just pull em out if you don't hang weight?

X2. Try one inch. And make sure u measure exact

Will measure and trim to exact 1"

His last pull truck was a crew cab long bed dually. I believe the stops were like 1/4" from touching with nothing in the bed. B/c if there was anything in the bed you had to jack the hitch up a little to get the stops in.
