03-07 OEM Exterior Paintable Door Handle Source

Does anyone know where I can locate a set of OEM exterior door handles? I'm looking for an OEM set that I can have painted by the body shop. The ones I'm looking for has the chrome handle with painted surround. I can find aftermarket bundles but would like to try and locate a set of OEM even if we have to have them painted.

I've exhausted all of our local options by contacting our local dealer. Thanks in advance guys. I'd like to find a dealer that has a complete set available so I can get them in a one stop shop.

I put a set of Dormans on mine and theyre fine. Door handles arent exactly a part that face quality issues unlike bigger aftermarket parts. IE - Fenders, quarters and big bolt on pieces.

Thanks jdiddle. Wasn't sure if the aftermarket quality was up to par with OEM parts. The prices were quite a bit different when I was able to locate a single OEM handle as opposed to a package of aftermarket handles.

Search for tahoe/Yukon handles as they're the only paint able ones

rockauto has paintable ones that fit nice. :thumb: Seen them first hand. Seemed to fit better than my OEM painted handles did.

I have the rock auto handle that I painted they work great fit great and where something like 15$

Cornell did you use Dorman as mentioned by tothemax and Taylor-34?

We just picked up a 2007 (classic) Sierra with 33k miles and are starting to look at what we want to update. Plenty of great builds to follow especially the detail Cornell has put into his build threads.

Mine are Dorman. Fit like Factory.
