Well still haven't made jack all for progress lol. Mainly little piddly stuff is left.

New injectors are in their homes/top end buttoned up. New power steering pump, box, tie-rods, center link, pitman arm, idler arm, idler support, Wolff steering shaft bearing, etc. Bunch of other new BS as well haha.

Next Steps:
1) I also am switching the turbos out. I will be going from a genuine Borg S364.5/74x68/0.91 & VS based BB S480/96/1.32 (Borg profile turbine) to a Pulsar BB S369/82x75/0.91 & BB S488/96x88/1.32 both with 9 blade Garrett profile turbines. I've seen some pretty solid drivability and flow gains with these designed turbines when they're QC'd by a quality turbo shop.
-Note: This is a winter or post UCC plan. My current charger setup will allow me to compete in the "small compound" dyno class which I think I have a fairly good shot at.

2) I have to pull my hydro boost back out it seems. I measured the old hole (factory LB7 part) with calipers and opened up the 2011 LML booster to be slightly larger (I think it was 0.002-0.004" larger) with a dremel and a sanding roll but now have a constant brake light which was not present before. I believe I may need to go a touch more but I haven't had this issue.

3) Finish putting the cooling stack and CAC plumbing in and enjoy it.

Somewhat Related: My LB7 accepted the LML without any modification, but I've had issues with LLY and LBZ. In both cases, the truck wouldn't come out of park. There's a great youtube video that explains how to tweak (bend) internals of of the switch to fix the issue.

Glad to hear progress on the old girl. My Lb7 has a box of parts in the corner sulking as they wait to go in, but she's been running well :)

I'll be honest, I didn't even try. I simply took the calipers to them while on the work bench and said "well the old one is larger, time to sand". It shifted out of park without an issue which seems odd.

I will have to do some digging!

I didn't have to modify mine either. only the 1 stud hole fought me so it got a step bit. The old one was tight as well coming out.
