Rebuilding my lb7
Definitely adding more power, before the crank broke. The top end was good and ready for more power, but the bottom end had not been touched. So I know I need a new crank and rods. I'll have to get it all looked at. Might need a new block now. Idk what all for Fucked when the crank broke. Some...- desaias

Rebuilding my lb7
So I got a lb7, crank pin sheared and my crank broke. Got the motor out looked like 2 of the heads got scuffed up, But any who, im planning on trying to rebuild this but I'm not super familiar with all of this, I seen dmax store has a rotating assembly kit I can buy, I guess my question is...- desaias

sheared crank pin cranks, no start
So since I've got alot of top end work done. I would like to rebuild the bottom end. I'm wanting too safely get it at like 800 hp. I don't think I need a super expensive crankshaft. But something that will hold up for awhile. What do you guys recommend buying for a crank? -

I tapped the starter fast and the crank moves in a way it shouldn't. Kinda side to side. Also drained the oil. Found a shard of metal. There's probably more but I didn't have a very fine strainer -

296k, only got about 500hp. Nothing crazy. Stock crank tho. Top end has had some work. -

was driving home from oklahoma, got about 1h 45 mins from shroud and it was sounding like it was running super hard, mile or so from there it died, got the harmonic balancer off, that front pins definately sheared, but ive gotta look at that second pin on there and check too see if its sheared...
