I know you haven't had it very long but what RPM does that 480 really start to spool on that stroker? I think most stock motor guys are saying it takes at least 3000 rpms. -

Maybe your Pyro is bad too. What are you using? I had 1 go bad every couple years. I think it was a Ktype. I bought new speedhut gauges about 8 years ago and never had a problem since.- Dozerboy

No vacations for spring break. My goddaughter's graduating Out-of-state around Labor Day so we'll be out of town for that. Then 2 weeks in Florida for my daughter's Taekwondo nationals. Excellent points and that is kind of the road I was going down. The concern of corrosion comes mostly from my experience with heater wrap on my downpipe. It was heavily pitted even after only ~5years even with it painted with high temp paint that I've had good luck with not failing (uncovered)...- Dozerboy

I think I bought my up pipe blanks from you 15 years ago or so. I think they're still in pretty good shape. You must not be on the planned obsolescence program. I did a little test fitting today. I know these turbo kits have come with several options over the years. So I'm still trying to work through what all needs to be moved. Looks like I can keep the 2nd battery room wise, but I'm not sure how feasible it is to keep it in its factory location...- Dozerboy
