    Just got these not long ago. Fuel injection flush machine And a crank/cam seal remover and installer. Just got that Friday. Could have used it the other day on a jeep wrangler.

    Commuter car?

    If you want a gas car, any of those are a good choice. Another option would be an 88 or 89 ford fiesta with manual tranny. Drove one for awhile years ago and it got a consistent 40 to 45 mpg. If I had to drive another gas sipper again, I would love to drive one of those.

    I hate stupid people at the gas station. Went to get fuel for my truck. There are 16 pumps. 4 of which are also diesel. There was 4 people getting gas. 3 of them on the combo pumps. Which left one diesel pump open. Guy in a car that was right in front of me decides to use the only remaining...

    I hate that I replaced my water pump last year and now I have that dang whining noise on top of needing new injectors ( drained 18 quarts of magical oil yesterday.) and it might be possible I will need a new turbo. Seems to have a small chirp when stepping on the go pedal. Tranny lines are...

    I agree. But on some VERY SMALL occasions, They have some tools that you just can't get anywhere else. And in my case, would help make a job or 2 so much easier and quicker. But I have only found one of their tools that fit that bill so far.

    Nice find Rob. All the pawn shops around here focus on carpentry tools. Hardly find Mechanic tools at all. And when you do they want an arm and a leg for it. Found a small mac air impact gun at one. I already have one just like it. I payed about $350 for it. Pawn shop wanted $400 for a used one.

    CV Replace

    Might make it a little easier and so you won't have to wiggle it out is remove the sway bar end link. Just a 15mm bolt and it gives you a LOT more room to get it out.

    Best pitman arm puller?

    I have the low profile one. I found out that you can get it cheaper from matco, mac, or snap-on if you buy the separate pieces and put it together yourself. Cost me about $30. As apposed to about $75 for the whole thing together already.

    Which brand? Looks a lot like Gearwrench or Matco (Pretty much the same thing). And how much did that run you?

    Where at near Tyler? I lived in that whole area for about 15 years. If everything goes according to plan, my daughter and I will be back in Tyler next summer. Really not liking the Alaska weather with all the dryness.
