    4 Bucket Seat with Harnesses

Trying to put some thought into the interior of my truck. I'v finally decided it needs a cage. Figuring I might ditch some weight at the same time. Has anyone ever set their crew cab up with 4 race buckets and harnesses? Or am I better off keeping the stock rear seat and pulling it at the track?

    Banks vs BD intercooler

Long story short, my truck is apart and the PPE intercooler has a big hole blown in it. I guess the fabricated end tanks didn’t enjoy 80+ psi. Any first hand experience with Banks bs BD would be appreciated.

    Best LLY 200-250% over?

Long story short, I believe I got a tank of bad fuel and ate my 200 overs. Hopefully the pumps are healthy. Had some other priorities and no time to drive the truck so it has sat for the past 18 or so months. Looking for opinions on the latest greatest. I'll probably end up with another set...

    6L80 Temp?

I got the wife a new 2018 surburban a few weeks back and was driving today and the transmission temps seemed a little high. Truck is the 5.3 with 3.42s included with the tow package. Ambient air temp was 55* and the trans was 189* while cruising down the highway at 72-75mph. Just seemed high...

    Drag Strip Wheels ???

I had a set of drag radials last year but they didn't hook up nearly as well as my old 30X14s. I wish I never sold the old set but live and learn. I want to get a new setup for this season but can't make up my mind on wheels Real racing 16x10s are light but pricey. Bogarts seem to be...

    603 Diesels Friday Night

Going to be taking the truck to the track tomorrow night. 603 Diesels is holding a track night at New England Dragway and will have a quick 8 1/8 mile shootout. Fastest 8 qualifiers go into the bracket. Fastest truck moves on each round. Pretty pumped to see what my truck will do with the new...

    Red Trucks Matter

Why won't GM build a color matched red 2500hd. You can buy red 1500s but there are no red denalis and the Chevy is only available colormatched black or white. WTF?????

    I did diesel stuff

Managed to get the truck to the track on the final day it was open for the year. Managed to squeak out the win in the eighth mile run what ya bring shootout. By that I mean I did a 4 wheel drive burnout in a puddle of the last guys coolant and got the win due to a red light in the other lane...

    New HSP Manifolds

Just wanted to thank the guys over at HSP for getting me set up with some new manifolds. Recently developed a leak in a set of headers I've been running and decided manifolds would be the best bet for the amount of driving I do. These things are pretty freakin fancy. These are a prototype but...

    3.42s TCM Tuning

I have a set of 3.42s going into my truck. Currently running a stock 03 TCM tune and I will have a tap shifter installed. Curious if anyone has played with shift points to let the truck rev a bit higher before upshifting or if I am overthinking this.

    Break In oil change

Figured I would bounce this off you guys and see what you have done with your built motors. After my motor was built Chris ran Delvac in it for break in purposes. I changed the oil filter at 500 miles and now I am at the 1000 mile mark. I would like to swap over to Rotella T6 since I ran it...

    Classic Body Smoke Tails??

After 6+ years of faithful service my spyder or other knockoff brand led tail lights have soiled themselves. I don't hate the look of them but I do prefer a smoked lens instead of the clear lens with the smoked led panel. Could you guys post op pictures of tail lights and links to where you...

    Truck Covers

I want to buy a nice cover for my 05 CCSB. Just trying to keep the dust off of it and make sure it doesn't get bumped over the winter. Could someone point me in the right direction??

    New England Patriots

I don't want to get ahead of myself, but what is it like for fans around the country to know that there is no chance at a super bowl win?

    305/40r22 on 22x10.5

As my truck is coming back together I am very tempted to switch up the wheel and tire package. I don't have the money to drop on forces but have always loved the look of BMF novakanes. I am thinking 22x10.5 death metals wrapped in 305/40s. Any pics of similar setups would be appreciated.

    Just Became a Dad

Some of you might know and most of you probably don't care but I had a little baby girl Weds July 1st so I will probably have less time to spend trolling facebook and other lesser forums. Can't wait to get her strapped in to the truck lol

    Engine Build Take 2

As some of you know I broke my crank this past fall. Chris at Roderiqes ATV in Westport, MA built the motor based on my previous power goals of 800ish(which I far exceeded for close to 2 years). Surprisingly the delipped LLY pistons came out looking flawless and fortunately all 8 rods are in...

    3388AF vs 6480AF

I'm getting started with my broken crank rebuild and I don't want it to happen again. Definitely going alternate firing order but I am up in the air on what cam to choose. I will be putting pistons in the motor anyways, so valve reliefs are not a problem. I want to keep the smooth street...

    3.42s in a Street Truck

I am thinking about going up to 3.42s and I'm wondering how they will feel on the street. Curious if I will notice a big difference merging onto the highway and just cruising around town etc. I like the idea of a taller gear ratio for the highway but don't want to give up the quickness at low...

    10.522 @ 132.6

Woke up this morning and I still can't believe the truck went 10.5 Mostly just wanted to thank all the guys that helped me get it running the way it does. Chris at Roderiques ATV for wrenching on it constantly, Mark at Danville for the tuning/chargers/general info, and the guys at HSP for...
