    Motor I personally would run (start) around .024 or so and run the pistons on the loose side. You would have to have some major piston rock to effect ring seal that bad. Adam I don't remember but do you run head studs? I have seen them affect ring seal when you don't use a TQ to hone the block...

    Your motor I would bead hone it not worry about coating the pistons and roll! Under the heat you run you want a loose on the ptw clearance.

    Rings If the rings don't seal in the first couple of minutes there not going to seal. If that motor blow oil out like that it had something wrong from the start. That's bad.

    Injectors I would check with Brent for injectors. I just installed another set for a customer thy work great.

    Injectors You need injectors. Balance rates mean very little. Lines don't come lose or start leaking after 100k miles. It sucks but it's time.

    Cranks If it mags good I would rather have a used crank. It has been stressed and heat cycled. They all break at some point. Good to see others talking about problems (breakage) and understanding that it's part of the game. It does suck but such is life.

    Long crank Next time you let it sit and need to start it pump up the filter before trying to start it. If it fire up like normal then its a leak if it still starts hard then its something else.

Harmonics is a problem that I agree with. A crank will flex under power. Now think about a pulling truck going down the track under power...
