Make sure all your grounds are tight and attached. Check the bale connectors for bent or pushed pins. Also make sure you didn’t swap the crank and cam sensor plugs. Did you swap ecm’s too?
You’re going to want to do some logging. Checking things like rail pressure actual vs desired, vane position and boost. Is this a new development or has the truck always done it?
The test port is by the alternator, there’s a schrader valve under the black cap. And do you have a way of checking rail pressure as 2004lb7 suggested?
