Fixing my LBZ/ truck build
There's no gasket or seals between the to flanges. I like to use a healthy amount of Anti-seize on the mating surface and inside the v band clamp. Helps it seal up better and clamp tighten up without binding- 2004LB7

350hp is very conservative. You're basically running the van tune at that point. You should be able to conservatively do ~500hp- 2004LB7

Position 1 would just be the main or default tune. Depending on the tuner, it could be the stock power tune or could be your hot tune. The scanner part of your V3 is able to actually see the switch position and what DSP it should be in. Could also be that it wasn't full flashed and the DSP...- 2004LB7

Isn't there supposed to be O rings in the fittings that do the sealing and not how tight you make it?
