    Fuel rail pressure

That was my first thought haha. We’ve all seen it too many times where parts store brands are poop. That’s why will not recommend or install anything but GM or Bosch sensors on these pigs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Here is his log for transparency. It sure seems like a MAF issue overall as I doubt the scaling would be that bad.

Unfortunately the OP will never be able to respond to you. He repeatedly broke the rules and was banned from the forum.

    Fuel rail sides

I think you're not quite referencing the correct terminology. The truck only has one fuel rail pressure sensor but has 2 regulators. Are you sure you're not referencing the regulator percentages? If so, they will NEVER read the same. One regulates the pump output (on the pump) and the other is...

Do you have a picture of what you're looking for? What side did you take it off of?

Mishimoto has been the best cooling in my experience but I also hate their connections. Fluidyne has been a close second in my experience for 01-05 trucks. PPE bar and plate has been in that same neighborhood from my past testing.

Can you post the log? I’ll be honest, I’ve never seen this issue before. It sounds like it’s something to do with your Edge device. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Fuel rail pressure

It "could" work in theory but I don't know if it would in actuality. My OCD forces me to put them in the correct cylinders based upon the injector number on the sheet. Whatever injector is at the top of the sheet is what goes in cyl 1 and so on. If I have any major outliers I sometimes move...

    Fuel rail pressure

Not really. I personally always match them to the cylinder meaning #1 on the flowsheet goes in cyl 1, #2 on the sheet goes to cyl 2, #3 goes to cyl 3 and so on. Another thing I've done on other platforms, mainly Cummins, is put the highest flowing injectors in the middle cylinders and the...

As far as I know there is not a way to scale the PID that is fed to it from the ECM directly on the CTS3. Does your log show desired and actual rail pressure above what your CTS3 is saying? If so, you might want to email Edge and see what their recommendation is. I ask this because if it's...

    Fuel rail pressure

See the above in bold from my reply but I would personally put the same injector code in for all of them. OEM output means just that, OEM output. If they are any larger than stock then I use the above rule of thumb, it does not in any way at all matter what they started as or who built them.

    Aluminum Radiators?

I have not had great luck with any aluminum radiator which is why all we install these days is Northern Radiator. They're the only OEM fitment radiator I've used that is actually an upgrade and holds up.

    Tech 2 VATS relearn

If it's an 01-05 truck I always just plug in with EFILive > F4: OBD > VIN Change > I hit "Retrieve VIN" and copy it to "New VIN" and also click the "VATS Relearn" button set to 0 cycles. This has worked wonders and is also what I do on every bench flashed module I do.

Your device should match. Once rescaled, the CTS3 and your AutoCal V3 are reading the exact same data. I know on my LLY the CTS2 had zero issue reading 29k desired and actual once I updated to the LML rail pressure sensor. No. If you want to add sensors you will have to purchase Edge's EAS...

    Fuel rail pressure

If they're OEM output injectors, they need to be recoded correctly. If they're oversized, I have always put the same code in for all of them. The ECM uses these codes to help account for the difference in output that each injector has.
