Roughy idle and zero power
Yeah, you should see MAP match Baro with the truck off (which you do, so the sensor is OK) and with the truck idling (which you don't). Since it's low at idle, something is restricting airflow prior to the intake. Did you take the intercooler tube(s) off and leave a rag in them? I'd disconnect... -

The LB7 in my Suburban takes forever for the oil to turn blank. It'll look like you posted after 1000 miles. Nothing weird on the oil sample. And for what it's worth, I also run Delo. 02' LB7 Tow Pig Build
Heck, I did the same thing when I built my motor. Doing the cranking to prime the fuel and oil, and my brother yells out STOP! Pumped half a gallon of oil onto the floor out of a gallery plug I forgot to install. Sent from my FlashScan V2 using Tapatalk- DAVe3283

2002 Allison spiking heat temps
Never seen a P1621 on a stock ECU, only with an emulator soldered in (e.g. RoadRunner). Interesting. The Snap On scan tool should read the real transmission codes, which will hopefully let us know what is happening. It is possible that if the torque converter isn't able to lock it would run warmer.- DAVe3283

Dual Fueler issues, HELP!!
It sure sounds like the PPE controller isn't sending enough current to the 2nd pump. But what are the odds of 2 of them being bad? Can you measure the current going into the 2nd pump with a multimeter? You'd have to cut one of the wires to the regulator and put the meter in-line, or dig up a DC...- DAVe3283

Their printer was broken, but I grabbed a snapshot of the dyno graph. Since HP is measured, and torque gets back-calculated, I believe it is pretty straightforward to back-calculate the true torque since I know the claimed and true RPM for the run. Went down to the Northwest Dyno Cicruit event in Jerome, ID yesterday to see what the new turbo setup does. Running 2000 μs pulse, but timing is just a best guess, so there may be more on the table. Fleece Cupless heads reviews/updates/opinions etc?
Had a set on my Suburban for about 9 months now. Heads seem quality, and the machine work / prep on them was all done well. They appear to be very close to stock design, so don't expect any power increase. I got them on sale and they worked out about the same cost as redoing my current heads and...
