    I went almost three months to the day when the HG's went pop! Though I must say it feels great to hear it run again when you get it all back together and can drive it. Good Luck.

    if you have EFI Live, where you found all the No MIL EGR stuff I think there is like 4-5 in a row, Scroll Further down the list there is a couple more. Take you time and look at all of them you will find it. I also Set the Test Enablers to Not Report for the egr stuff as well.

    Vinny, Thanks for the explanation, I will be changing the oil soon so I will keep an eye on it. Turning the injectors off one by one with EFI, how long can you keep it off for and will that hurt anything?

    Even using dexcool the tint would be green? Yes I put fresh oil and filter in/on after the HG project.

    Oil isn't dark yet, however it does have a green tint to it and a funny smell.

    enough to notice on the dip stick (not really sure how to quantify the amount) and the oil has more of a smell of bearing grease more so than oil. There seems to be knock while running but it sound like its coming from #1 which doesn't look to be of concern in the balance rates posted above, right?

    What type of noise? I have NO smoke at startup. Is the seal you speak of a serviceable part or is it just replace the CP3?

    will try to get screen shots of the balances rates tonight or mid morning tomorrow. When I fires the truck back up from doing the HG's the balances rates varied from +/- 1-2. But I will double check this and get some screen shots. Just a little more information, every now and then I can get...

    update: It seems like this code come back about every third or so keyed start.
