    Ok I’m getting conflicting info on resurfacing heads lbz. Machine shop said they took off .022 thousandths. But cut the valve seats and moved the valves with it. Running a grade C mahle gasket. Anyone have an issue with this?

    Egr delete is a must

    Changing injectors and cp3. This is what the egr intake pipe looked like with 130k on the clock. I was debating on doing a delete on my lbz I just picked up. But it's got to go. 1/8"-1/4" all the way around clogged. Stupid.

    Look at this shit we got yesterday. Discovered it after truck started running like shit and then water in fuel light came on. We pumped this sample straight out of the pump. With a clean water bottle. This is a city shell station. Not some back roads fuel

    Steering issue.

    Waste gate question

    How far should the waste gate travel with 30lbs of air to the actuator. I'm only getting 1/8-1/4 inch. No running issues. Idk why I just started messing with it.

    I've shearched all night. Still need answers. Seams like the mbrp is the best fit. But jegs is ok also. Will the 4" help cool the motor down and maybe get better mpg. Not having problems but fan engages on highway pulling load and stays engaged. Will exhaust alone give me more power...

    Removing Cups LB7

    Just posting to help others with injector cup removal. I used a 3/4" concrete bolt that's 5" long. I cut a slot in top of the bolt so I could hold it with a flat head to screw the ancor down. Then use a pry bar off the rocker rail and they pulled right out. A couple needed more pressure.

    Well on top of everything else with this new truck found this scratched up cylinder. Probably happened when previous owner drove with contaminated oil. Question is will this cylinder last another year until I can afford a rebuild. I cant really get a good response if you can sleeve or not...
