    Thanks for sharing! Very cool experience. My father in law is big into Mercedes cars. He gets a new one every two years. I should ask him if he ever gets offered the chance to attend something like this. He wouldn't be into it but myself and his son sure would.

    Around here autozone can get the Timkin bearings. But I don't think they stock them. I believe duratothemax used the cheapest bearings he could find and they held up as long as anything else. Might just get whatever is in stock to get the truck making money and order some better ones them use...

    New duramax rods iv been working on

    I've got a stock short block I would donate up as a test mule. I can get it down to Danville as soon as you want. If they hold up I will pay you for the rods and take my block back. If they fail I'm not out much and mark has a mess to clean up.

    After a pm from a member here I got a good number and talked to a guy named Dan. He got me set up with a new motor and the newest 4g pump too. The new pump and motor bolt right onto the existing base and filters. It should ship today. I couldn't be happier. This is why I love the forums...

    Get yourself a box of plastic bags and a marker. Place groups of bolts in the bag and label where they came from. This really made it easier for me to put everything back together
