Seems more likely at this point that there's a mechanical issue at play (unless of course you got the cosmic bad luck of getting an equally bad replacement ECM).     With vats disabled in the tune, about all that would prevent the engine from starting, other than no fuel, would be a cam AND crank issue (like swapping the cam and crank connectors, which sadly/stupidly can be done), or a bad ECM.     Have him remove the ECM and shake it. If there's something rattling inside, it's probably got blown caps.

    If VATS is disabled in the tune, it's not a security issue... The truck would run regardless of any security mismatches, and with it disabled in the tune, I doubt you'd get any DTCs

    If the ECM is showing 26106psi no matter what - pressure sensor plugged in, unplugged, KOEO after sitting a while, etc, and you've tried another ECM with the same results, it seems like a wiring problem. Unless 26106 is the open circuit value, similar to how -40 is the usual open circuit value...

    That's a bit of a broad brush...this is really the first dorman product that I've had an issue with... And in some cases, what they've created is far superior to the oe part... Take the oil filter/cooler assembly for the 3.6 pentastar... The oe part is all plastic. The dorman part is all metal...
