I doubt that it hurt your motor at all. The cooler is good at catching the big chunks.

Oil is pretty normal from a turbo, at least in my experience. As long as it isn't like puddles of it.
Inside the turbo horn is odd though.

It depends if you are commanding over 180mpa. If you are then the rail will keep going and you won't know how high, but you will make some serious power. If you are commanding 175mpa or so it will go as open as it has to in order to make the desired pressure.
How is the tensioner? Is the hash mark between the two others?
I was blowing belts off also until I changed the routing and belt length.

I ran numerous 12.0 passes in my cc/sb lly. Tune, built trans, S366, lift pump. Stock injectors and cp3.
A built trans truck running tunes and a lift pump shouldn't have much trouble running in the 12's.

Exactly. Just because one truck will hold rail with the same setup doesn't mean they all will. Those could be some industrial nozzles that are labelled as 15%s but flow like 30's.
I have had "mechanical" problems turn out to be tune problems on a few occasions.

If someone didn't want to get oem ones, they are M10 x 1.5 bolts. 25mm length works, though I imagine that 20mm would work as well.
I replaced mind with Allen head bolts. Much easier to get at.

We don't know anything about his tune. He could be running a 3200us tune on his 15% overs that could be larger and the pump just can't support it. Can't immediately jump to assuming that hard parts are the problem.

22k isn't low. That is about as much drop as you want to see. Some people say you can lose even more rail than that and still make power.
