    Water/Meth and Pure Water

Try diluting a batch to 25%. Some empirical evidence suggests that this mixture should have little effect on LPP. LPP is the position where pressure is highest, usually around 10-15 ATDC. The use of too much methanol can advance that significantly, causing detonation sound and component stress...

    Stock turbo mods?

Twins are even more of a case for chemical intercooling, tween stages. There is no cheap fix for mismatched twins, which is probably the case here.

    LBZ: Turbo cycling/fluxuating at idle

I would help if I could.

    LBZ: Turbo cycling/fluxuating at idle

Occasional vane cycling is 100% normal diagnostics. I am telling ya, if you only have idle fueling, under 800 rpm, there is no way in hell you are making 2 psi, over ambient, of boost. If meth is getting in, maybe that is an issue, but still don't think so.

    LBZ: Turbo cycling/fluxuating at idle

Your log shows normal operation, don't know what you are trying to fix.

    LBZ: Turbo cycling/fluxuating at idle

There is no boost spike in your log. Flat at 13.9 psi. You live at around 1500 ft elevation I'd say. I agree with hawk. No appreciable boost is possible at idle fueling.

    New Multi-tune Switch

BTW, the new rotary non-keyed switch, is optionally 6 position. The 6th position uses the same dsp tables as 5th, but there is a second set of contacts that are closed (pos 6) and a second set of leads (not shown) that can be used to "arm" nitrous, wmi, or whatever you want.

    New Multi-tune Switch

DSP2: I have manufactured those as well, identical looking. They are 2 pos, with a mom-on feature. They are also 2 pole so that you can control another peripheral device. Bright nickel finish only. The pics are from a thread that was started some time ago when I began this project.

    LBZ: Flat Hose?

This will trap gas in the system. The cap has the role of suction relief, but the stock caps don't work very well, they get stuck. It's not so important what happens when it gets hot, but what doesn't bappen when it cools off...

    radiator clogged!

Don't mix coolant types, regardless of label statements. The organic acid chemistry is not compatable with high silicated formulas (old green), and will usually result in a heavy precipitate. Not very friendly to you water pump either. If your radiator has the problem, your motor does as...

    Stock part sizes

For 06 and on, Bosch CRI Gen II injector is 1500cc/min @100MPa. I suspect the earlier models have similar spec.

    LLY: Aftermarket Radiator???

I know not of an aftermarket rad that will do anything significant, for the following reason: What I have found (to your objective), is that in typical configurations, the radiators worst problem is not size. It is ambient upstream heatup. It is not unusual to see 260 f heated ambient...

spraying the outside of the intercooler

2 cents from a wannabe. It doesn't make any sense to me to cool from the outside. Only a fraction of the latent heat release can actually interface the CAC this way...the rest passes right around it. If it were me, I would do chilling internally, using a WM spray, or nitrous, or...
