    LML swap difficulty

LBZ/LMM is the best for swaps IMO. Stand alone and you don't have to worry about the FICM extra wiring and plumbing of the LLY.

    New Colorado ordering

Neat little trucks, but the pricing will have to come way down for it be in my driveway. I don't see the benefit being great enough to warrant the price.

    Can LML'S have sensitive throttles?

My LML is the most responsive duramax truck I have owned. It comes down to personal tastes, but dead peddle is not a problem to fix in the tuning. I have my favorite throttle feel and incorporate into my tuning, but some customers like a different feel. Say someone lives on a bumpy dirt road...

Brett Deutsch's current motor finally on the engine dyno!

Mark, did you make waste gate adjustment to increase boost? Or was the only thing changed the injectors which added that much boost? I'm curious if just fueling/tuning changes added that much boost. Thank you for sharing the great info!

?? about switching tunes during a run

The BD controller works good on lightly built trucks but I have not had luck on my truck with it. I've tried the boost, rpm, and tps settings but no luck. This just limits staging, but launching HP. I've tried every available limiter in EFI as far as ramping in HP and nothing has worked...

?? about switching tunes during a run

Ben, you need to do a progressive dsp5 controller and hook it into the ABS system. If the ABS sees tire spin, then it backs the tune down, if no spin it keeps ramping the dsp up to max the HP out as per conditions. :) The big no-prep/street comp cars run a form of traction control pulling or...

New duramax rods iv been working on

This is interesting, I have many business clients in AUS and have most always received emails/letters with proper English. If I read your response and was from AUS, I'd be offended.

New duramax rods iv been working on

This person has not listed his name, company name, place of location, can't write with proper sentence structure or spelling, nor has he answered questions about his test duramax. Videos and pictures of these rods in an engine should be available. I'm all for cheaper products but I have seen...

    LBZ prices and crack?

http://boise.craigslist.org/ctd/5275578377.html This guy is local to me and I have bought rigs from him in the past. I bought a salvage title white LBZ from him 3 years ago and it now has 350k miles and runs/drives perfect. If you don't mind the title status, this one looks like a steal(...

    Dry Sump for the Duramax.

Umm, so the benefit of a dry sump is not allowing blow bye to push oil out of the engine from your words. Please explain to us how having an internal or external oil pump changes blow by pressurizing the engine.

    VP Diesel race fuel question

I haven't tried this VP product but did run Syndiesel for a couple seasons. I thought it was a good product but super expensive after shipping and everything. http://www.goestores.com/storename/highfuelsn/dept/81049/ItemDetail-10397760.aspx Well I ran out this season, so I ran pump diesel...

    Setting Lash

Get yourself a electric button and install long wires and a couple alligator clips and hook to the starter. You can then bump the engine over by yourself on either side of the truck. I roll the engine until the one of the rockers moves off it's seat quite a bit and then adjust it's partner...

Brodix cylinder heads for the Duramax

You're conservative definition and my definition are a bit different. I look forward to seeing the results of this weekend. Looking at your "fan page" it appears you have been "heading" to many events this year but no results from all these said events. I'm trying to follow the link to your...

Brodix cylinder heads for the Duramax

I'm the first to say I don't know much about head design. So please explain how they will increase water flow by 40% and airflow by 75% in this size casting and have the structure to support boost and drive pressure. Dumb it down for me please. Just saying it can be done doesn't explain...

Brodix cylinder heads for the Duramax

I can ask you to run a 4 minute mile, but guess what, your body cannot. It's the same thing with these, you will not get that kind of flow increase as there is only so much room for ports, water jackets, and valves. Please explain where the room is going to come for 75% more flow as well as...

    Garrett Turbos

We have some big Garrett's that have been sitting on the shelf for a while and looking to move them. These are brand new in the box chargers. 55/41, 55/33, and some other comp type Garrett's. I'm letting them go at wholesale prices, give us a call for the price is interested. Thank you,

    Info: Mahle Monotherm Pistons...

I ran a set a few years ago. It didn't end well for me. Beta testing sounds cool but it can cost the tester a lot of money and time.:) I haven't heard a thing about them since.
