    So I got a email back from DDP on the injectors I sent them they say are full of rust, and all need to be replaced. Can they be rebuilt? They said that they could replace the tips and run them through the machine and see if they passed, not sure what that part is but they still wouldn't...

    I have an EFILive tune on the truck as is, but am wondering if ill need to make some changes or have changes made when I put my injectors back in that have had the 50hp DDP nozzles installed. In addition to these I went with a 3" Y bridge.

    I have some LBZ injectors from a motor that had 73K and sat for over a year, wondering if i should send them off to DDP? Or buy some 50HP Nozzles? The pickup in MPG would be cool if they really do that. Just trying to understand this injector game on the diesels.

    Wanted to come back to this thread and post some more info, I built two coolers and waiting on a 3rd to come in. These two are for oil and trans, its a little much for the trans but I hope to be able to remove the cooler from the front of the truck to free up air flow to the stack and just use...

    Oil cooler pressure

    Any idea what pressure an external oil cooler would be under? One of the cores i tested had a small leak at 100psi but seemed to be fine at lower pressure. Wondering what the pressure is on the return side of the oil pump.
