    Thats because its disabled in the BCM tune. You'll need the BCM tune to make the option show up in there. Ben

    Yes, the harness is already there. You'll need a BCM reflash, and I think you might need to have the remote control door lock receiver reflashed too since your truck doesnt have AP8...not sure about that though. Ben

    I couldnt believe it when I read this...really sad to hear, terrible thing. He will be missed by everyone here. Yes, sadly sounds like he was coming around a corner on a wet road, lost control/spun out, and went off the road. :(

    adam shut up. You simply turned the corner too sharp going up a hill and didnt calculate the turning radius properly. Admit you made a mistake. That little accident of yours didnt have jack shit to do with ABS. Your truck doesnt even have traction control or anything like that.

    Am I "mad"? No. I was just frustrated because I tried to explain the same thing 3 times yet you still seemed to not listen/understand that elevated idle and high idle are not "the same thing".

    Hmmmm....does it say that in your manual? Im not sure. The feature as I configure it is fixed 1200rpm whenever you press the cruise set button. But I can look through the code more to see if theres additional high idle code that allows you to make the high idle "variable speed"....

    You are talking about ELEVATED IDLE NOT HIGH IDLE. Talk to your turner....because he obviously screwed up your elevated idle...which has nothing to do with BCM tuning.

    Actually no they are NOT the same at all.... HIGH idle is a manual idle speed control for PTO etc. You can turn it on any time, all it does is speed up the engine to 1200rpm. ELEVATED idle is a cold weather function that is automatic based on coolant temp and outside air temp...elevated idle...

    Yes, you can send your BCM in to me and I can flash it on the bench. I can turn it around in a day. But it will be a little more expensive, and your truck will be down while the BCM is being sent to me because obviously the truck wont run without the BCM. Ben

    Yup, pretty cool how fast the BCM flashing process is. Takes more time to fumble with the cables and plug the Autocal/V2 in than it does to actually flash the BCM. I figured 30 seconds was a fair time, enough to serve the purpose but not long enough to get annoying. I think from the factory...
