    Sounds like you're in limp mode with no info coming out of the TCM. Check your fuses 1st then check to see if you have power/grounds to the TCM.

    Most GM parts I have gotten from NAPA in there premium line has been reboxxed AC Delco. As to radiators, pretty much every one I've put in in the last 5 years has ended up being made by Spectra, regardless of where it was bought.

    Almost all those 4.0l auto jeeps had a 3 speed auto because no OD unit at the time could be fit. They did eventually put an OD trans in them, but it was highly failure prone because of how it was designed to be so short.

    I've used mi e from sicotools to flash several ECM's with no issues. I used the supplied disc and put in the hack I found online, and have had no problems doing flashes via the tech2, but it won't work in passthrough(I'm pretty sure that is a problem with my serial to usb adapter though).
