Lacking Power 2001 LB7
You can't tell if its been tuned from the line running from turbo to wastegate. I think brad was talking about the possibility of there being a boost increase valve spliced into the line. -
Garrett Turbo uppipe bolts
I use a ratcheting wrench like posted above and either sprawl out over the engine and go from above/the side or go up through the wheel well on passenger side -
How long would you run these injectors?
The noise you are hearing is pilot injection turning off most likely. -

With the drop in ihi we have available now, several companies making quality compound kits to work with stock turbos in the valley or upgraded, and single kits i think you are better off going one of those routes. Its suppose to reduce friction/wear, heat build up/dissipation, some guys says it will increase horsepower, tighter piston to wall clearance,it also depends on what coating is used and who is doing the coating on the benefits. Ive always been told/read/seen to skip the coatings as they burn off...- slowlml

That will be interesting to see if it burns off in x amount of miles. Do you plan on pulling the heads after so long to see if the coating is still there? Oh and im assuming you finally found out where your pistons were at? Lol- slowlml
