    the upfitter switches are a cab/chassis work truck thing. Has nothing to do with the so called "alaska edition". And no, you cant put them on the nicer LT/LTZ trucks because those up-level trucks already have switches there for adjustable pedals, lane departure warning, park assist, etc...

    also, the stabilitrak problem could have simply been your screwed up steering box. If you're turning the wheel without the truck actually changing direction, the system thinks the truck is going out of control....so its reacting as it should.

    Who diagnosed the ABS problem? I pretty much guarantee the new ABS module isnt going to fix your problem because ABS module failure is extremely rare. I bet you have a bad steering wheel position sensor.

    Why do you need ESC off at >40mph anyways? You're an idiot if you're intentionally putting these unwieldy/top-heavy trucks sideways at highway speeds lol. If you manually turned it off completely at lower speeds, any torque reduction you're feeling is driveline protection, its mostly a TCM...

    I test drove one a couple weeks ago. It was awesome, obviously. TC lockup schedule is aggressive and a bit odd. I found myself looking down a few times to make sure I wasnt in tow/haul.

    I highly doubt it was "to make it harder to put an aftermarket turbo on". It was probably due to cost, packaging, or something else like that. The ECM is locked down pretty tight, so GM pretty much ckblocked anyone of doing an aftermarket turbo anyways...its not like making the pedestal...
