    Yeah basically the regular gas injectors in the GMT800's are the mostly the same as long as they are not from a Flex Fuel. Flex Fuel also uses a different plug too. There are some minor differences between the gas injectors but they will work and function the same. Always nice when you can...

    If the Pressure doesn't drop, either they are not firing or they are blocked up. When you have Junk and water go through the injectors like that, they don't like it... Rarely do I see them just fail but given how long it sat and the crud, I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are blocked up...

    Brad, Let me know if you need some stock replacement Piston and rods. I saved the one's from my motor. Also that is a familiar site... my buddies 8.1L just grenade the Number 5 piston. I tried to talking him into LBZ swapping it... lol I have another Complete LBZ if you need to go that route...

Look up the OE part number on Ebay, I didn't check the jungle site... Dorman number is 38427 and I see some of the other...

    The results are back... It's Terminal. You have a case of Junk Devides Us with an acute case of I can still fix that... You also have symptoms of Just 1 More... As long as you dont hoard too much stuff, you can still live a long happy life...😆

    Right on! I wasn't happy about the tailgate falling down and loosing the stuff out the back of my bed. Just glad it happened where it did. No damage to other cars or people. I can fix my stuff or throw it in the gutter and go get another... lol

    You definitely can't go wrong with that stuff. I also ended up replacing the hold down bolts with ARP bolts later on.

    Even if you scrap the truck a running engine is worth more than non running. Same with the 4L80E. If your replacing the pump, don't forget to get a retaining ring. I am sure that thing is crusty
