    What is the history of the truck? Was it running and driving prior to the injector work, or had it been sitting for an extended period of time? I wonder if you have some bad fuel causing problems. I would verify you have good, clean fuel in the tank, and use your scan tool to verify the truck...

    Do you know what brand you purchased from them? I just checked the website and was surprised to see they carry Bosch reman injectors at a fairly reasonable price.

    Injectors are one of many things I would never buy from a chain parts store. Genuine Bosch injectors are the only way to go.

    I haven't dealt with them at all, but like James, I question the use of a rubber o-ring on a moving valve. I've been keeping my eye out for updates on the kits after they have some miles on them.

    In my experience, bad injectors will cause a loss of rail under load, but I haven't seen them cause a pump to not build pressure at idle unless they were so bad the truck couldn't even build enough pressure to start without some help (as in ether or a gas soaked rag over the intake).

    Going off memory here, I want to say the spec for inlet restriction is 12 in of vacuum. If you're only getting up to 10, I don't see that as a problem. What I do see as a problem is not being able to build rail at idle. There isn't much fuel quantity at idle, so restriction and low pressure...

    They were probably saying to check injector return rate. Worn injectors that are returning too much fuel can cause them to not be able to build enough rail pressure to start, but since you are building desired rail pressure while cranking, that doesn't sound like it is your problem.

    You probably just need a new key. You should be able to get a dealer to cut a new one from the key code that they can find using the VIN as long as you can provide proof of ownership.

    Do you have the PCV hoses just open and blowing out under the hood like that all the time, or did you remove a T or something in an attempt to get a better look at the leak?

    If this is for the stock intercooler pipe, the end with the rib goes to the pipe, and the smooth end goes to the turbo.
