You are correct on operator error

Having the stock wheel back in mine from the batmowheel is definitely a better spooling setup. I should redo my times but summer is here. There is a stark difference in spool time from winter to summer lol.

I need to adjust my gate more. Its blowing open too soon. Needs more preload so it opens when i want it to

I didn't re-log with the new wheel in the S475, but the IHI WG should be the same as before, I'm just cracking open at the very peak RPM. I could probably just disconnect the reference tube and mechanically shut it for keeps. IIRC, I was making like 18psi from the IHI and around 20psi from the S475 with a total of 60psi. Should be around 80k shaft speed max on the S475.
