Recently purchased a 2009 Lmm with 235xxx km , egr was replaced at 150k should I be in a rush to delete? Suggestions for muffler ? I don’t want it to be super loud or sound like a hair drier..

When you buy a new-to-you truck, it's always best to drive it for a while, maybe a year or so, to make sure it is going to be reliable. Once you feel it has proven to be reliable, then you can decide what changes to make. No use in making changes, then finding out you have a blown head gasket or other major problems.
