Another Aussie doing a lbz into a patrol conversion :)

Not as tight as it will look once you put the cab back. I like the flatbed.

    Odd LML issue...

Put an s&b intake on it instead. That's what I ended up doing after getting a hole in my lml filter housing. They have a dry filter with a fine particle wrap.

    lml fire

I wonder how they could possibly catch fire from the battery cables. Here is what mine looks like under the intake tube. The wires are pushed down by the intake against an ac line. Let it get rubbed bare enough and it should short right out on the line. 3 wires run there, 1 to...

    LML Valve body wire leak?

It seems to be leaking a bit still through the plug. Pulled it off today and some fluid ran out but then only a few drips after that. Maybe it's cracked but can't see that well.

    LML Valve body wire leak?

So I clipped a stump last night. It pushed the exhaust hanger on the trans back which pulled the wire plug back causing a po700 since it couldn't see the trans. It was also running a bunch of atf out there. Today I pulled the exhaust bracket off and pushed the plug back on. That stopped the...

    Cooper st/maxx

Lots quieter than the stt full mud tread tire and the original tread st. Don't wear quite as long as original st but better than the stt did. We like them so far. Running a couple sets on heavy trucks that tow a lot.

LMM: New air box & filter recommendations.

My brother put an s&b box and dry filter on his. For the dust we run in it seems decent. The stock lmm filters kept falling apart.

Exhaust Brake - trouble, VERY FRUSTRATED

It can't have anything to do with leveling and tire pressure. Lots of trucks with that. Hell I had my tpms limit set lower so I can run 42 psi so it rides better. My downshifting and turbo braking works great. I do pull trailers all the time too but even when not it doesn't learn to run...

    Twins and filters question

Isn't that what everyone does? On dad's 04 I sometimes have to change filters in between oil changes. No problems with water on them when you drive on wet roads where the tires throw it around?

    Twins and filters question

How often do you guys with twin turbos have to change filters with no box over it keeping all the stuff swirling around the engine compartment out? I've always wondered since out here our filters in stock boxes get nasty pretty often. Hell maybe it's less? What about splashing mud and water at it?
