    After a few hours of searching we managed to find the issues. ECM harness to fuse block had several chaffed and damaged wires. Also had a couple bad ones in harness going to Allison control mod. Amazing how things run when the wires are back together. Looking for new harness to permanently...

    Also, being as I am the FNG. will fuel issues cause the starter to kill like a crank or cam code will? such as FPR or cp3 pump. primer button seems spongy
