I developed a leak while under boost the other day. I'm trying to find it now. I noticed this, and I'm wondering if its pushed out or ok? I think it's supposed to be perfectly flush. Opinions? Thanks!!!

Should be perfect tight if im not mistsken. Use a pry bar and gently get it pushed back it and then leak test it with soapy water...check that spot....that's why everyone goes to a solid high flow so you don't have that issue

Thanks. I pressured up a bit through my boost sensor hole in my delete pipe and put some powder around. I think that tube and the mouthpiece were leaking. I'm taking it apart now. Tnx

Out and about
I kept pushing it out on mine as well. Ended up going with a one piece one. You can freeze it to shrink the part some, use vasoline on the O rings. Kept pinching them.

possible, but I also have a leak at the EGR delete pipe now that I didn't before. I'll need to loosen up, inspect, and tighten down. it didn't fit so nicely after the strap, so I'm going to relax it all and see.

But it's possible/probable that it isn't my only problem :(

Been there done that, go ahead and get the one piece y bridge and boost tube from Rick

WORD!
Friggin stock Y-bridge is a poorly designed POS!
I had the same issues with it, PITA! that damn elbow isnt in until you hear/feel it snap into place...once the second O-ring sets, IT SETS...getting it there is another story...set the first ring then from there I used a bent ended pry bar set the tip on the flange and tapped it home with a 2lb mallet

1pc Y-bridge FTMFW!
Sooooo much better(er)

ok, I just looked and the one piece y bridge also needs a new pipe - the price is just too much for me for the near future. So the question becomes how hard is it to make this pipe and strap work? Should I try to shove it in better or yank it out and find some orings to replace what's on there and then shove it back in? What's the best use of my time and effort for the best shot of a seal? Thanks
