Installed my B&W turnover into my (wife's) 07 Classic today. :thumb:

Quite the project I must say. Nice that the hitch is AMERICAN made, and has directions you can understand.. :coffee:

Took every bit of 8 hours to install this thing. Of course I spent an hour just trying to get the very poorly engineered spare tire out :banghead: What a POS design.

I'll let the pictures, with some narration, do the talking ;)

Pieces Parts

My stellar working conditions :shake:

Heat shields to be removed. Of course they are held in with Torx fasteners, to never be removed again, but my plasma cutter fixed that

Measure 5 times..cut once

Don't laugh, it worked

Side plates and center section in

All finished up and hooked up

Well done! One of my favorite mods for sure. I refuse to take mine off even for racing!

I had to get it done, so I could take the Dodge out from under the trailer and get it sold.

Very nice but 8 hrs? Lol just kidding

Hey, I had to take pics too. Plus, did you see my working conditions? Laying in dirt and gravel sucks...lol

Very nice. I put a bead of silicone around my hole to keep moisture and dirt from sitting between the hitch and bed.:thumb:

Good idea.. tomorrow
