Depends...I have to go into the basement fridge and see which one of my concoctions comes out first: Imperial IPA, a porter, a Kolsch, a rye ale, a beer wine hybrid. Too many choices! Maybe I better have one of each.

Anyone live in Vermont? Wanna trade Pliny for Heady Topper? Or be awesome and send me some for a fee? :D

O this pliny you speak of sounds real good. However, it is not available in our area. So I am looking through my beer kit magazine an I come across a beer kit called 'The Plinian Legacy'. So I will order it and make my own version.

Before you do that go here

Or if you brew all grain

Call them as I'm sure they aren't out of stock... I have brewed this twice and it is definitely close to real Pliny

I ordered off Northern Brewer. Their recipe called for 2 different dry hoppings during the secondary fermentation. Sounds really good. It is always nice to try the original before brewing a knock off.

Ya absolutely. Gives me a good excuse to make the trip to Russian River. They are 5$ or $5.50 a bottle. Let me know how many you'd like and ill just tell you what actual shipping is (I get a good price on shipping) are you can PayPal it to me. Everyone should get to try Pliny :D
