Fingers, what key parts of the piston in the crown region did you view as most important when doing your bowl change?
The area over the pin.

So the pad areas on top and the ring lands were kept the same besides the obvious elongation of the bowl into the oval shape?

Pad areas, I mean the flat top portions of the piston crown.
I can't see putting the lip back on for heat to build up on and potentially still crack. Maybe they wouldn't but i know I wouldn't put them in my truck.
I was bored on the way back from getting parts and figured I'd get fingers heart rate going a bit
I have a set and can't wait to get everything back together. I will defiantly send an update when it's ready
What's the most hp made on these? They look very promising for high hp. Iirc I read somewhere that mark has some sled pullers using them in the 1200+ hp range?
Not everyone talks about what they are doing. I know at least one customer is north of 1500 with a set at cast pistons. The guys with forged don't talk much.

Oh so there are motors out there with forged oval pistons? didnt know you sold any yet, good to know.
