When to the track tonight. Temp was around 85 out. First time taking it to the track and it ran great. I had the t bars set at stock and 50 PSI in the fronts, 45 in the rears. This is with 245 cooper discoverers on stock wheels. My best pass was 12.64 @ 106 with a 1.706 60'. I ran a few 12.8's also. It was launching good but was still spinning, expecially the drivers side front. Im hoping my e locker will cure that. I did not even try out the duramaximizer to see if it would even do anything. I do have plenty of fuel, it sooted down the whole track. I built roughly 28 PSI of boost and my EGT's were up around the 1,600 mark at the 1/4. :D

Try cutting the pressures down gradually to reduce spin but you want to keep alittle spin. Get some white shoe polish & mark a line on the tire to the rim to see if the tire rotating on the rim, it will tell you if pressure is too low when the lines move.

HAHA yea that was me. My first run i lined up but i did not build any boost. I just luanched off idle. It was its first time down the track and i wanted to see how it would handle. I cut a 2.2 60' and ran a 13.5 @ 105. my next run was a 13.0. Then i let some air out of the tires and ran a 12.8, 12.6 and another 12.8. It was smoking its ass off. I may look into another turbo. My EGTS were up there. My 1,500 guage was buried so i know they were atleast 1,600.

It was a great day at the track there wasnt very many people there....I do only have sleeves and braces on the truck. Through all the passes i made the MPH was the same 105-106 all day. If anyones added a turbo how much did it drop your EGTs? My truck was smoking its ass off it has plenty of fuel so another turbo i should be able to add a few HP. I couldnt believe how much it sooted down the track even at the end of the 1/4.

Great E.T. and 60's

Cooper Discoveries are the same tire that TNR went 1.70 and I went 1.68 with. They do hook and the set we ran were nearly bald.....
