bleeding coolant

not my first rodeo ..... but never had this issue before


air in top radiator hose after having the motor out, wont bleed out, coolant bottle is full, temps are normal etc but air in the top hose that i cant seem to get out.


any suggestions?? put 20 miles on since putting motor back in and no luck bleeding coolant

the coolant will continue to burp... just keep driving it i did a lot of driving to get all the air out of my system...

Had a similar problem with mine. I was told to drive it at full throttle for a few seconds to push the coolant throught the system faster. It did take care of the problem. However, make sure you take extra coolant with you. As the air reaches the reservoir it will pull coolant into the system and possibly throw your low coolant light.

burped the air out this morning.... just wierd that it took approx 25 miles to get it all out... normally it would be gone in just a few miles
