Fabtech=chrysler IMO....pure crap....

I've had "0" problems with my Fabtech lift. So they aren't all bad.

Sure hope I don't break anything on it now though or I will be buying another kit :(

Worst suspension on the planet.
I bought 4 "new" shocks that had no rebound:confused::confused:
Wanna see how we had to take them off the truck?
Hint: It involved torches

Have you even had a kit from Fabtech? Probably would be smart to have some actual experience with it before you bash it.

i had to swap out my 6" fagtech for a Tuff Country 4" i have cranked now. the previous owner set it up wrong and only had 4" blocks in the rear and no preload on the t-bars so it always rode on the bump stops...the tires also stuck out too far and the CV angles were still outrageous with no cranking. i am actually taller now than with that kit and have nearly flat angles all the time

46.5" from floor to center of fender wells :) and it's level, the tires don't stick out too far (even before the bushwacker flares) and i havent gone through a bearing or joint yet....whereas with the fagtech i went through both wheel bearings, a few idler arms and a couple pitman arms, along with u joints, ball joints, and tie rod ends...all in 50k miles

your going to go through front end components with any lift kit you get. I have put 60k on my lift kit and upgraded tie rods. Everything else is the same.

i have to disagree in my case, but o well, it really doesn't matter, as long as they are out of business it leaves more growing room hopefully for the better companies such as Tuff Country or RCD or CST or Cognito and the more custom kits too
