My new ppe stage 5 trans is throwing codes, im at work and forgot to write down the codes. But i remember a few were saying, fluid pressure sensor high voltage. Its also saying range shift inhibited. It also will engage into gear sometimes other times its like the tc is slipping real bad, or no fluid pressure. And it will also work in reverse sometime and the tires will roll forward in reverse. Any help would be appreciated. Im thinking its either the front pump or there is a wire loose in the valve body.

I can't get the codes till tomorrow bc of work. But how many quarts should this hold bc I put 13 in and my dad said it's barely touching the dip stick. Could this have something to do with it

most likely, without the right amount of fluid, it will not function correctly. Listen to Mike he has built a few trannys in his time.:thumb:

P0872 - Pressure Switch Solenoid E Circuit Low/Stuck Closed i wouldn't drive it, you might have gotten dirt in the VB:eek:

Sounds like E shift valve is stuck. Clear codes before you do anything and see if they come back. Use a professional scanner or EFI to clear. Tuners don't always cut it.
