how fast will a stock 4x4 06 or newer duramax run in a 1/4 mile? and how fast will it go with exhaust,cold air intake,and safe tune like banks or somethen.

I'm pretty sure stock they have been in the 14s. With an exhaust and safe tune you can get into the 13s. With all out tuning you can get into the 12s - but your trans won't like it for long. Add a lift pump and you can get into the mid to low 12s - fast enough to embarrass most 07 Stangs, lol.

I had a 01 and I liked it have a 09 now it seems I liked the 01 style better only if it had the new running gear in it ...
