Damn. Looks like I need a new one. Are they hard to change?

No not at all. I had to do mine a few months ago. I went ahead and flushed the rest of the power steering fluid and did a complete flush on the brake fluid. My brake fluid was nasty brown for having only been used for 2 years. I felt an immediate difference in the pedal.

A couple good links.

I couldn't find the one to replace the entire hydroboost but it's out there somewhere. It was a pretty good write up if I remember correctly but it didnt pop up with the search. The hardest part of the hole thing is getting that clip off the brake pedal.

15854059 I'm almost 100% positive this is the part number

Thanks!

Call your local pick & pull places. I had mine go out, and got one with like 60k miles on it (mine had 260k ) for like $50. Looks new, works like new.

They probably won't sell you the master cylinder, but I had no problem getting the booster. Way cheaper than I could find a new one, and I wouldn't trust a reman further than I could throw it (I have bad luck with remans, so used is prefered to reman for me).

This is what I intended to do, but wanted to at least have the part number to help their guy know if they had the right truck in the yard.
