Twin turbo lml P16a1

I have a twin turbo lml with sdp kit on it. The fuel pump was leaking fuel but he was not happy with the tuning. It was real bad laggy and derated. We fixed the pump issue. But rite now the only code it shows is p16a1 for the throttle valve that's there by the grid heater. We obviously don't have those parts any more since it's got the twins. We have killed the code and tried it but still derated. Anyone ever see this? Or have any ideas for us to try?

Hey brother. What r as the resolution on this ? I'm working on a vehicle that had the John C garage compound turbo kit . I flashed the PCM and soon as I go to run it , I'm getting this code .
