Has anyone heard about any tuning at all? Maybe in Canada cause the EPA is cracking down in the US anybody know of reputable guys in Canada or websites?

If there were, its not something thats openly talked about on the forum anymore....due exactly to the reason you stated. Too many of our friends have lost their businesses due to that overbearing agency. You'll have to do your own research.
