Stock turbo dimensions

Has anyone seen something like this for a stock turbo LBZ

I thought they were based off a 3782

or 3788 that is pretty much a 4088 with a T3

Well there is a difference is dimensions between the 2. I'm also curious for dimensions in regards to where it sits on the motor. IE the difference in compressor inlet location and turbine dischage location

Nope i'm still off and in therapy 3 days a week and going to see the surgin once a month and my pain doctor once a month.
