You aren't going to max those turbos out with 100%. My 120% were maxed out(for my liking) with my 72/83 setup. I was running 2750us

I need to talk to Mark about turning my fuel up or stepping up to 150-200% overs but I have just been happy everything has been staying in one piece lately haha

Haha it's a built motor with 100% exergys and dual fuelers. The current setup runs well, the current 483 is just an older turbo so I thought maybe it would be beneficial to upgrade a little bit

I'm with Harbin and Trojan, with 100's your no where near the limit of your current setup.

What drive pressure, max boost (combined) and atmo boost only, are you seeing currently?

I'm seeing about 60 psi max 28 psi out of the big turbo. I'm at 7200 feet elevation tho

Yea that's what I thought too. I haven't pressure tested it yet but every boot connection, intercooler etc is brand new. I believe it's a 96 exhaust housing. The 483 that's on there is an older turbo tho and I'm not sure if rebuilding or replacing would be beneficial.

I would go ahead and pressure test it anyway just to make sure. New or not sometimes stuff doesn't fit well.

By 96 you mean the turbine wheel? I would try and figure out the AR of the exhaust housing.

Here's a picture of the turbo. Looks like a 1.32 housing to me?

If your wanting more out of that 483 a tighter housing might be in order. I think you would see more gains tightening the turbine side. My 2 Cents.

You might call Mark at Danville or PM delong1 he has messed around with big chargers at altitude the most of anyone on here I think.
