I'm about to build a hitch set up for my lb lmm to tuck my hooking point in as close to the back of my truck as possible. I'm removing my bumper and adding a roll pan. Was gonna use a piece of 4x4x1/4" square tubing and cut a square hole in the middle for the reciever tube to slid through and weld it in place, then add 3x4x1/4" angle on each end and bolt it in between my frame rails from the side with 4 5/8" bolts on each side.
Any body have pictures of a good solid working hitch setup they like to share. I've Google the topic and spend hours looking at different setups, but just need some clearer pictures of setups that are proven to work.
