would anybody know where i can find the place on my motor to hook up a chain and pull of it out or what all do i have to pull off to get to it

When I pulled a customers LMM it was the front of the drivers head, and the back passenger head, near where the egr cooler support was.

First thing you do is print this DIY out and read it a couple times. It covers everything you need to know.

Chain bolts into a greenish bracket on pass side rear of head. Since the AC compressor wont be on the engine, use one of those bolts for the other chain. I removed the alternator and added a stabilizer chain at that spot with an alternator bolt.
